Motorcycle Aftersales Advisor

Sycamore Motorcycles Witham are growing and expanding. As a result of this growth, we're looking for a Motorcycle Aftersales Advisor to join our team.

The role of Aftersales Advisor plays a pivotal part in the dealership and is critical to the business in achieving and maintaining customer satisfaction and retention levels.
Main duties included in this role:

- Dealing with all customers in a prompt, courteous and professional manner.
- Liaising and advising on technical queries or issues, including parts & accessory enquires.
- You will be the customer's main point of contact whilst their motorcycle is being serviced or repaired, ensuring they are always kept updated and informed of the progress of their service or repair.

Ideal Candidate

To be successful in the role, you will need to be customer focused and be confident in speaking to customers. You should also be able to multi-task and have the ability to manage a busy workload.
The ideal candidate will have a solid Aftersales background from either the motorcycle or automotive industries and a good technical understanding of motorcycles.
Passionate & Energetic, Approachable and Honest, Strong Communicator, ability to deliver great customer service.

Essential

Having a true passion for motorcycles is an absolute must, with the ability to deliver excellent customer service and portray a positive first impression every time.
A good technical knowledge of motorcycles with the ability to communicate clearly with both the workshop Technician Team and customers.

Car and Motorcycle Licence required.
