We are looking for a personable and highly motivated, results-driven B2B International Sales Executive with a proven record of export sales experience to join our dynamic and versatile Sales team . You will be working in a fast-paced but very friendly and positive environment where everyone is driven to succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
• Processing orders accurately and efficiently via phone and email maintaining high levels of accuracy.
• Export documentation to HMRC requirements.
• Develop relationships with existing International trade accounts and identify opportunities and territories for growth.
• Represent the company at UK and International trade shows and industry events as needed.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive working under pressure to reach and exceed targets.
• Develop strong product knowledge to assist with technical queries.
• Provide outstanding customer service via phone and email to both trade and consumer clients.
• Experience and knowledge of working in Export sales.
• Knowledge of Courier platforms and freight forwarders.
• Experience in a busy, diverse and demanding role, demonstrating strong organisational skills, ability to plan and prioritise a complex workload, and meet deadlines.
• Competitive spirit.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation and influencing skills and excellent attention to details.
• Be available to travel domestically and overseas - full driving licence and passport required.
Motorcycle industry knowledge and interest would be beneficial but not essential.
