With 35+ employees and four Account Managers, it serves 1,200+ dealers across the UK, Ireland, and the Channel Islands from its 35,000 sq. ft. Halesowen headquarters, ensuring high stock levels and room for future growth.
We are on the lookout for a driven and energetic Brand Ambassador to support the Key Accounts Manager, by delivering impactful product training to key clients and ensuring outstanding merchandising standards across retail locations.

The Role:
Working closely with the Key Accounts Manager, you’ll manage relationships with major or strategic accounts (key accounts) for the company's products. You will champion product training and merchandising excellence across our top accounts, ensuring products are presented optimally in-store via POS / displays, keeping brand integrity. You’ll play a critical role in supporting 'New Product Development' launches and bringing our brands to life through strong, engaging storytelling - helping drive the continued growth and success of Feridax’s products and brands.
Key Responsibilities:
· Conduct product training sessions for key account sales teams and retail staff .
· Support product launches and promotional activities.
· Be the product expert: know product specs, features, competitive positioning.
· Develop and execute merchandising plans in key account stores: display setup, POS materials, ensuring stock is properly faced / rotated / replenished.
· Ensure merchandising standards are maintained across key account locations.
· Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop training materials.
· Monitor product performance and provide feedback to internal teams.
· Visit retail locations to assess merchandising execution and provide guidance.
· Maintain strong relationships with key account stakeholders.
· Arrange, prepare and deliver product pre-sales events in conjunction with relative departments at Feridax.
· Maintain accurate records of all call activity.
· Maintain ongoing relationships with company internal sales team in delivering product training.
· Maintain contact with the sales office and returns department in relation to account queries, returns or repairs.
· Undertake stock checks and generate top-up orders.

Whilst this is a nationwide role, the ideal candidate will be located in either the Midlands or South of England.

Required Qualifications:
· Previous experience in product training, merchandising, or sales. Ideally within the motorcycle industry, however not essential.
· Strong presentation and communication skills.
· Knowledge of retail merchandising standards and practices.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and presentation tools.
· Ability to travel to locations across the UK, with overnight stays as required.
· General knowledge and interest in the world of motorcycling.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Experience working with key accounts in a retail environment.
· Familiarity with visual merchandising software or tools.
· Ability to analyse sales data and provide actionable insights.
