As we continue to develop and strengthen our presence in the UK market, we are looking for a dynamic and driven Network Development Manager to join our team, reporting to the Country Manager, Piaggio Group UK.
Role Overview:
This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive professional with experience in dealer network development to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Piaggio Group’s UK dealer network.
You will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and onboarding new dealer partners, ensuring alignment with brand standards and commercial objectives. This predominantly field-based role requires significant travel across the UK, along with some time spent at our Head Office in Orpington, Kent.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and evaluate potential new dealers across the UK for Vespa, Piaggio, Aprilia, and Moto Guzzi, ensuring strategic coverage and growth opportunities.
• Manage the onboarding process from initial contact to full operational setup, including store planning, training coordination, and brand integration.
• Ensure brand standards are met or exceeded across the network in terms of facilities, customer experience, and retail execution.
• Assess and analyse market trends to identify high-potential areas for network expansion.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing dealers, acting as a trusted advisor and brand ambassador.
• Work cross-functionally with internal teams (sales, marketing, aftersales) to support new dealers and align business goals.
• Monitor and report on network performance, KPIs, development goals and various aspects of network administration.

• Proven experience in dealer development, franchise development, or automotive network management. Two-wheel industry experience preferred.
• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship building abilities.
• Comfortable working independently in a field-based role with regular national travel.
• Familiarity with retail standards, business development, and territory planning.
• A passion for the motorcycling and scooter industry is advantageous.
• Full UK driving licence required (motorcycle licence a plus).
