We are currently seeking a qualified and enthusiastic CBT Instructor to join our team and help deliver outstanding training to new riders.

Responsibilities

Deliver Compulsory Basic Training (CBT) sessions in accordance with DVSA guidelines

Provide clear, safe, and engaging instruction both on-site and on-road

Assess trainees’ progress and provide feedback and support where needed

Maintain training equipment and ensure safety standards are upheld

Represent the company in a professional manner at all times

Assist with admin and scheduling tasks when required

Ideal Candidate

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Reliable, patient, and safety-focused

Flexibility to work variable hours

Clean driving licence (preferred)

Essential

Valid DVSA-approved CBT Instructor certification (Downtrained or Cardington assessed)

Full UK Category A motorcycle licence held for a minimum of 3 years

Desirable

DAS Instructor qualification (or interest in progressing to this level)

Experience in customer service or training roles

First Aid certification
