Technical Sales & Operations Support Associate – Motorcycle Parts (Wholesale)
Thorne, Doncaster
£30,000 - £34,500 per annum

We are a leading motorcycle parts wholesaler supplying trade customers across the UK. With a strong reputation for technical expertise and reliable service, our small team supports workshops, garages, and retailers in finding the right parts—quickly and accurately.
We’re now looking for a Technical Sales & Operations Support Associate to join our team. This is a varied and hands-on role, ideal for someone who knows motorcycles inside and out, has strong customer service skills, and isn’t afraid to get stuck in.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to trade customers via phone and email, helping them identify and order the correct motorcycle parts.
Make outbound sales calls to existing and prospective trade clients to build relationships and grow accounts.
Research motorcycles, parts, and industry trends to assist with product selection and customer enquiries.
Assist with warehouse operations when required, including order picking, packing, restocking, and general logistics.
Support daily business operations with a flexible and proactive approach.
Hours:
Monday-Thursday: 09:30-18:30
Friday: 09:30-18:00
You may also be asked to work 1 Saturday per month if required, 09:30-13:30
You’re passionate about motorcycles and have a deep understanding of how they work—whether from hands-on experience, trade work, or a background in bike parts. You’re confident speaking with other professionals in the industry and can explain technical details clearly and accurately. You’re also organised, computer-savvy, and not afraid to pick up the phone or lend a hand in the warehouse when needed. Most importantly, you take pride in delivering excellent service and being part of a team that keeps the wheels turning for motorcycle businesses across the UK.
Extensive motorcycle knowledge—you must be confident identifying models, parts, and technical solutions.
Strong computer skills—comfortable using databases, spreadsheets, and order systems.
Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a professional and friendly manner.
A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to get involved in various aspects of the business.
Previous experience in motorcycle parts, trade sales, or warehouse operations is highly desirable.
