We are looking for a top Motorcycle Sales Manager to join our successful team at our premium multi-franchise motorcycle business selling some of the market's leading and most popular motorcycles, who will take pride on delivering a first-class customer service and putting the customer at the heart of everything we do.

Responsibilities and duties include but are not limited to:
- To manage and develop all new and used motorcycle sales enquiries.
- To maximise the sale and profitability of all motorcycle sales using every tool at your disposal.
- To build and maintain the motorcycles sales pipeline.
- To ensure that all individual and team key performance target objectives are met.
- To always maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction.
- Use established follow up & prospecting procedures to maximise customer loyalty and retention.
- To assist senior management in maintaining and developing showroom policy, procedures, and the success of our business.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will have a successful track record of sales from either the motorcycle / automotive / retail industries. You will either already be operating successfully as a Sales Manager or be actively looking to make that first step into sales management. You should be computer literate and possess a good record of sales achievement.

Essential

You will be a strongly motivated individual who can effectively manage and motivate a sales team and possess a genuine understanding of what it means to succeed in sales. You will be able to provide an extremely high level of customer service, build long term customer relationships and play an active role in helping to take our brand and business forward. Excellent time management and personal organisation skills are also a must.
