At Webbs, we are passionate about motorcycles and committed to providing our customers with exceptional service and an extensive range of high-quality bikes. We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Motorcycle Salesperson to join our team.
We offer an opportunity for a self-motivated individual to join our team within our busy sales department. Working full time, a 5-day week, Tuesday to Saturday between 09.00 and 17:30 hrs. A competitive salary offered by negotiation - subject to experience. Based at our Peterborough store, located on the Kingstone Park development, easily accessible off the A1. This showroom is dedicated to being a Triumph Exclusive premises. With a full range of modern Triumph motorcycles and have an extensive used bike department selling and servicing all brands of motorcycles. It is a modern facility providing a professional environment for our staff whilst delivering outstanding service to our customers to help maintain our high CSI scores throughout.
Applicants must be eligible and authorised to live and work in the UK.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the automotive or motorcycle industry.
- A full UK Motorcycle Licence is essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Availability to work five days a week, including Saturdays.
Retail sales experience and full UK motorcycle licence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and guide them in selecting the perfect motorcycle.
- Provide detailed information about the features and benefits of our motorcycle range.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and the latest industry trends.
- Assist in arranging test rides and vehicle handovers.
- Ensure the showroom is well-presented and welcoming to customers.
