Motorcycle Clothing Store Assistant Manager

We are looking for an enthusiastic reliable team player to join our very busy and successful clothing department as an assistant manager.

Main duties include:

- Assisting with the sale of market leading branded clothing products.
- Processing and dispatching online orders.
- Ensuring customers are dealt with in a friendly and professional manner.
- Helping to maintain the merchandising of our clothing store to manufacturer standards.
- Answering emails and messages in a timely manner.
- Ensuring the store is kept tidy and attending to customer requirements.
- Efficient answering of the telephone.
- Assisting elsewhere in the business when and where required.

You must be committed to delivering the very highest levels of customer service and satisfaction.

Essential

The successful candidate will be personable, presentable, polite, confident, organised and eager to get the job done to the best possible standard. You will also be an effective communicator and must have a passion for all things two wheels together with a willingness and ability to learn.

Desirable

Previous experience in a similar role ideally from within retail, online sales, motorcycle or automotive industries is preferred but not essential, however a desire and ability to learn is.
