Job Title: Transaction Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual who loves motorcycles to join our dynamic team as a Transaction Manager. As a Transaction Manager, you will play a crucial role in optimizing various aspects of the sales process, ensuring smooth transactions and exceptional customer satisfaction. This role requires a diverse skill set, encompassing sales administration, customer relations, stock management, social media content, part exchange valuations, and financial compliance. A great opportunity for someone who has drive and energy and wants to work as part of a team in a leading motorbike dealership where we sell some of the best motorcycles in the country.

Responsibilities:

Sales Administration:
Manage and streamline the sales administration process to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
Maintain meticulous records of sales transactions, customer details, and relevant documentation within GDPR guidelines.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure all necessary paperwork is completed promptly.
Enquiry Management:
Respond promptly to customer inquiries, providing detailed and accurate information.
Coordinate with the sales team to address customer queries and facilitate the sales process.
Vehicle Descriptions:
Create compelling and accurate vehicle adverts to enhance marketing materials via our inhouse portal system.
Work closely with the team to ensure consistency in vehicle presentation across various platforms.
Social Media Posts:
Develop engaging and informative social media posts to promote vehicle inventory and dealership activities.
Monitor and respond to customer inquiries on social media platforms.
Customer Relations:
Foster positive relationships with customers to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
Address customer concerns and issues promptly, working towards effective resolution.
Staff Management:
Foster a collaborative and productive work environment within the team.
A team mentality is vital and ability to work together is paramount.
Finance Compliance and administration:
Ensure adherence to financial regulations and compliance standards in all transactions.
Collaborate with finance providers to ensure accuracy in financial documentation.
Ability to use multiple finance platforms entering customers details and completing finance sign ups.
Part Exchange Valuations:
Evaluate and assess part exchanges, providing fair and competitive valuations using our in house systems and online valuation tools.
Collaborate with the sales team to incorporate part exchange transactions seamlessly.
Supporting Sales Manager:
Assist the Sales Manager in day-to-day operations and decision-making.
Step in when required to support the overall success of the sales team and dealership.
Qualifications and Skills:

Proven experience in sales administration and transaction management.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of finance compliance and regulations.
Previous experience in staff management is desirable.
Familiarity with the automotive industry is a plus.
A positive can do attitude, bringing energy to department.

Remuneration/Benefits Basic Salary of £25,000 with ote of £35,000+ depending on experience. Contract, 5 Days per week Tuesday to Saturday 8:45 to 18:00 Contract type: Full Time/Permanent
