As a Triumph Essex Aftersales Advisor you are the one of the first people customers meet when they come into the Dealership for their servicing needs. A keen interest in outstanding customer service is therefore crucial. We want customers to recommend us to family and friends as a result of our service to them. We want to provide the very best service to our customers so they tell their friends, family and colleagues.

If successful you will be welcomed into our family owned and managed team, where you will receive training in service selling techniques, company processes and our aftersales customer care. Our dedicated training will ensure you are able to provide the best levels of service and care that we are associated with.

Successful candidates must show evidence of passion about customer service, show self-motivation to be part of our highly successful Aftersales team and also be competent working alone and as part of a team. Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic and great with customers. A passion for motorcycles is also highly desirable.
Any previous experience with the Triumph Brand would be highly advantageous

Essential

A good communicator and have great interaction skills.
Highly motivated and have a determination to succeed.
Well organised and be able to manage your time.
A valid full UK driving licence with no more than 3 points, a clean motorcycle licence would be beneficial.

Desirable

As with any progressive business we use a number of systems. Ideally, you will be computer literate and ideally have used computers and computer systems before.
Much of what we do involves numbers so basic mathematic skills is required.
