Are you an experienced and professional Automotive Paint Technician passionate about quality? Have you worked in a body shop or accident repair centre? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced automotive paint technician to join our dynamic and expanding team in Egham, Surrey.

As a Paint Technician you will be carrying out the wide range of paint related tasks within the repair operation, including the preparation, spraying and finishing of motorcycles as well as the necessary work to complete those steps.

Key Responsibilities:

- Masking ready for paint, prime and filling damaged panels.
- Using wet & dry sanding preparation techniques
- Colour matching & mixing
- Applying gun primer and finishing coats
- Spraying many different makes and models of motorcycle
- Polishing finished paintwork to the highest standards
- Working to provided durable, lasting finishes in our repairs
- Performing your duties to an extremely high standard
- To keep up to date with developing repair and paint techniques
- Working cooperatively with the paint team and entire production operation

Salary: £38 – 50k (OTE)

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will have a great passion for the work they do. You should thrive while working with your colleagues in the paint shop and across the business. You would need to have the relevant experience to perform your duties to high, exacting standards.

Essential

You must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience of spraying in a body shop or accident repair environment.
