Hoco Parts UK Ltd is one of the fastest growing distributors of quality motorcycle parts and accessories in the UK.

The primary purpose of this role is to manage our network of customers within a pre-defined network territory, ensuring sales targets are achieved and all brand standards are implemented and maintained. Key to this position is a business focused approach to customers together with the reporting and monitoring of their performance and the territory as a whole. The role will also act as a day to day contact point for all business within the territory.
Main tasks include but are not limited to:

- Managing the sales performance of all our customers against annual sales targets
- Support and develop our existing customer base
- Appoint and develop suitable long term business partners within the territory where opportunities exist
- Maximise your commercial, influencing, persuasion and negotiating skills within the role
- Undertake administrative tasks as required within the role working with all departments of the business.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate must be self-motivated, possess excellent communication, negotiation and organisational skills and always maintain a high level of professionalism. Be able to present the full company portfolio of products with confidence and an understanding of their function.

Essential

You must possess a strong positive attitude and be willing to work flexibly in order to ensure target achievement and commercial growth in the area.

Desirable

Whilst previous industry experience would certainly be an advantage - it is not essential.
