Since opening our Triumph dealership in March 2007, Bulldog Triumph has gone from strength to strength - selling over 400 bikes a year. We are one of the UK's leading Triumph Dealers, serving Berkshire and North Hampshire and with excellent customer satisfaction feedback, we see our customers returning time after time.

Due to retirement, an opportunity has arisen for a Motorcycle Parts, Accessories & Clothing Advisor to join the team at our highly successful Triumph franchise motorcycle business.

You will be responsible for selling and advising on a comprehensive range of high quality Triumph motorcycle parts, accessories & clothing products, whilst helping to maintain a professionally merchandised showroom display at all times.

Duties include:

- Reporting to and assisting the Service Manager with aftersales enquiries.
- Ensuring customers are dealt with in a friendly and professional manner.
- Maintaining the merchandising of the store to company and manufacturer standards.
- Efficient answering of the telephone.
- Assisting elsewhere in the dealership when and where required.

Ideal Candidate

Previous experience in a similar retail or service related role from within the motorcycle or automotive industries.

Essential

The successful candidate will be personable, highly motivated, process driven to achieve consistently high levels of customer service. You will also be an effective communicator, computer literate, and must have a passion for all things two wheels together with a willingness and ability to learn.
