Honda Racing UK are a highly successful race team in the Bennetts British Superbike Race Series, having won multiple Superbike Championships and Road Races. In 2022, as well as competing in the exciting BSB series with four riders we will be racing in the Isle of Man TT and North-West 200 road races.

Our technical team and riders are highly motivated to be competitive each time we race. The success of the team is built on the skills and commitment of every team member with the job role of Engine Build Technician being a key part of this.

The role is primarily based in our purpose-built facilities in Louth, and will involve some attendance at testing, road and race meetings throughout the year.

The position is permanent salaried with Honda Racing’s employment organisation autopeople (uk) ltd, benefits include a NEST pension, life assurance, cash benefit health cover, accident and sickness insurance, employee assistance programme and 34 holidays p.a. Salary is negotiable based on experience and qualifications. You'll also find yourself being part of one of the most successful national motorcycle racing teams operating at the sharp end of one of the world's most competitive race series.

A contribution to relocation or accommodation costs will be considered for an outstanding candidate living outside of a reasonable daily commuting distance to Louth, Lincolnshire.
