Reporting to the Head of Customer Experience based at the UK Head Office of Kawasaki Motors UK, the primary function of this role is the coordination of the Kawasaki Training Academy. This includes dealer communication, course structuring and organization of materials and system maintenance. Further responsibilities will also include coordination of KMUK systems development and maintenance.
Main Tasks:
- Control and maintenance of the Kawasaki Knowledge System.
- Coordination and development of the Kawasaki Training Academy including communication with all Training Academy delegates.
- Administration of the Kawasaki Training Academy including course materials.
- Working in conjunction with Head of Customer Experience with all KMUK internal systems.
- General support to the Customer Experience and Marketing teams.
- Systems Development alongside the Head of Customer Experience.
- Play an active role within the wider Sales and Marketing Team.
The role is office based and as such you should live within a 45 minute/1 hour travel radius from Bourne End. There is also a requirement to attend outside events as and when required plus some European travel.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will possess a knowledge and understanding of motorcycles and the motorcycle market as well as being an effective administrator. Experience of marketing as this role works very closely with our Sales & Marketing team and a basic level of understanding/experience from within the training sector would be ideal.
Essential
Sound and proven administrative skills.
Strong and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficient in the use of Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
Flexibility and the ability to work to deadlines is key to this role.
Willingness to work flexible hours including travel and some weekend work on an as required basis.
Driving license is essential.
Desirable
A knowledge and love of the Kawasaki brand would, of course, be advantageous!
Motorcycle license desirable.
