Motorbike or motorcycle? Well either way, due to our continued expansion and new contract wins we have jobs for Technicians, Assessors, Estimators and Engineers in Egham, Surrey. We are always busy even in those down months of winter so you won’t have to worry about work drying up!

What do we need?

• People who love Motorbikes or Motorcycles! You can be professionally trained or experience of working on your own bike or through a race team.
• We have roles that require you to simply work on the bikes and those that require getting on the phone, talking to customers and using customer service skills.
• Full and preferably clean motorcycle licence.

What can we offer?

Variety, progression and a number of different roles:

Assessors who have a sound motorcycle knowledge and who can quickly assess a bikes damage and move it quickly to the next part of our business.
Estimators who enjoy taking the bikes apart to assess their damage, recording the information on our IT systems and calling customers to give feedback.
Technicians /Engineers who love to mend and repair.
The role you ultimately take is dependent on your particular skill set and how you best fit into one of our teams.
You will have the ability to work on everything from trikes, quads, sports and race bikes
as well as all brands of bikes including Honda, Suzuki, Harley Davidson, Kawasaki and many more...

4th Dimension is the only manufacturer-approved motorcycle damage repair facility in Europe and we could be the largest motorcycle damage repair facility in the world!

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Up to £35,000.00 per year

Ideal Candidate

5 years + experience
• NVQ or ATA qualifications desirable but not essential we just want people with bike knowledge!
• A great eye for detail
• Enjoys working in a team
• Experience of stripping, fitting and servicing bikes to the highest standards
• Workshop experience
• Ability to work on own initiative
• Ability to work in a fast paced, busy environment to deadlines
• Ability to work in a customer focussed business
