Motorcycle Sales Executive

Location: Chiswick Honda, 4 Power Road, Chiswick, London W4 5YT

Hours: 45.5 hours per week Monday to Sunday on a rota basis

Salary: £35,000 to £40,000 p/a realistic OTE (uncapped)

Key responsibilities;

Strive to exceed all set targets and sales objectives
Proactive use of database for customer follow ups in order to maximise sales
Putting the customer at the heart of everything you do, building relationships and loyalty so customers come back time and time again
Accomplish maximum profitability from vehicle and accessory sales
Chasing progress on sold orders
Enthusiastic Interest towards ongoing training and development, ensuring all relevant technical, product, legal and promotional information is obtained and understood

Ideal Candidate

Experience of working within a similar position is preferred, although not essential, as both in-house and manufacture training will be provided
Outstanding communication skills, both in person and on the telephone
The ability to listen, understand and interpret our customers needs
Be self-driven, motivated and determined, to meet and exceed set minimum standards and Sales targets
Able to work independently or well within a team
Proficient IT skills, including MS Office
Must be well organised and able to multi-task
Excellent time keeping and punctuality is a must
Honest, reliable and trustworthy

A full motorcycle licence is essential
