We're not just a shop, but also a very popular biker's ride-out and meeting place with its own parking, Lavazza whole bean coffee, cakes and paninis, we occupy two beautiful Grade 2 listed buildings.

Often described as a "TARDIS", we have seven showrooms over two floors with air conditioning, and customer seating inside and out. All our staff are regularly trained and excel in knowing all there is to know about the very latest high technology developments (e.g. air-bag suits and jackets). We now have a very rare opportunity for someone to join our successful sales team.

The main duties and responsibilities of this role are as follows:

- Responsible for the sale of motorcycle clothing and accessories.
- Answering all customer enguiries in shop, by phone and via the internet.
- Serving customers and capturing their details.
- Unpacking, labelling, tagging and displaying stock correctly.
- Helping organise repairs and returns to suppliers.
- Maintaining display standards and cleanliness of the showrooms.
- Supporting the Team, Sales Manager and Directors as required

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will have good previous retail sales experience, preferably in motorcycle clothing and accessory sales (although this is not essential), together with a strong ethic in customer service and a positive "can do" attitude.

You should possess a willingness to learn together with enthusiasm, the energy to work hard and a desire to deliver a truly exceptional level of customer service. You should also be happy to work as part of a tight-knit team and be willing to help out wherever required.
