Motorcycle Service and Parts Manager

With strong growth in sales and servicing of bikes and scooters here at KD's, we need to prepare for the knock on effect of selling more bikes - servicing more bikes !
With responsibility for the following, you will be a very well organised person:

Service and MOT bookings
Workshop diary management
Warranty claims management
Stock purchases and inventory
Merchandising of parts, accessories and clothing

It's a big task, so be prepared to put the graft in- the results will then follow. Team players only need apply.
Operating on a Mon - Fri basis with overtime available at weekends.

Ideal Candidate

You will love the challenge of dealing with many manufacturers including KTM, Kawasaki and Royal Enfield. With a keen interest in motorcycles and/or scooters, this job is as much a way of life as a means to an income. Passion will be key to your success.
Customer satisfaction, profit retention, problem solving, data inputting, stock controlling - you should have a pretty full toolbox to deal with all of this as part of a diverse team across all departments.

Essential

Experience of face to face customer interaction within the retail motor trade.
Computer skills.
Good communicator.
Team Player.
Aftersales experience.

Desirable

Ideally coming from a bike background, you will have worked within a similar environment for a number of years.
