DTH Powersports Technician

Drop The Hammer Ltd (DTH) is a new premium powersports dealership looking for a Powersports Technician to work alongside the expanding team.

DTH undoubtably has the most diverse powersports selection in the UK, covering road, trail and water. We are an authorised dealership for KTM, Husqvarna, GasGas, Honda, Can-am ATVs & SSVs, Jet ski's, Centurion Boats and many more brands.

On the back of 8-years of impressive growth, the business has undertaken substantial expansion into Manchester. Our all new 20,000 sq/ft flagship store is a unique store, incorporating experiential retail, world-class servicing and on-site café.

The Role/ Key Responsibilities:

- Responsible for servicing, diagnosis and repairing motorbikes, jet-ski’s, ATV’s and SSV’s.
- Diagnostic and costing of repair work. Detect and diagnose any additional faults for further repair.
- Fulfil all tasks to the customer’s complete satisfaction.
- Help the dealership achieve industry-leading standards of process efficiency.
- Ensure all work is completed safely and complies with retailer, manufacturer, and industry guidelines,
- Keeping your own workspace clean and accessible.
- Ensure the highest standard of courtesy and efficiency in customer contact and communication.
- Adhoc responsibilities as and when required.

Ideal Candidate

Firstly, and above all else, you will have a positive mental attitude.

You will be able to demonstrate high levels of competence, have good communication skills and be able to show excellent timekeeping and attendance. You will have the ability to work as part of a team and get on with others. Be honest, flexible, and willing to learn.
