Specialist Motorcycle Parts Advisor

UrbanMoto Distribution is a UK based wholesale distributor and retailer of Motorcycle and Quad/ATV parts and accessories. We are premium brand specialists and due to our ongoing success are now looking to recruit a Specialist Motorcycle Parts Advisor into our team.

Your role and responsibilities will include:

- Understand the product ranges to provide the best advice to your customers/dealers.
- To offer expert advice and guidance of products namely Motorcycle Parts, e-Bike Parts and Chains & Sprockets.
- Deliver excellent courteous & professional service to your customers/dealers.
- Maximise B2B/B2C parts sales opportunities.
- Create and maintain professional relationships with all suppliers.
- Manage goods returns & refunds.
- Prepare, invoice and prepare goods outwards for warehouse colleague(s).To work cooperatively with your warehouse colleague(s) and be ready to offer them assistance when required.

OTHER

- Taking responsibility for your workspace to ensure it is arranged efficiently and using initiative to update and improve it where possible.

Essential

You must have at least 2 years' experience in a similar environment within the motorcycle or e-Bike trade either dealership or independent.
Be honest and trustworthy with a willingness to learn.
Possess good IT skills.
