Our busy Sales Support Division is looking for a customer focussed administrator who thrives under pressure in a fast paced environment with a passion for problem solving.
Based at our head office near Woking, Surrey and reporting to the Sales Administration Supervisor you will mainly be dealing with unit sales processes but there is also a requirement to assist with similar duties in relation to our parts & accessories side of the business.

The successful candidate will be required to answer incoming email and phone sales enquiries from our established dealer network, maximising the sales opportunities from these business partnerships and ensuring that the end customer receives the highest level of service in line with our company values. These initial communications primarily involve order receiving and processing, stock checking and part identifying as well as providing access and clarification for our bespoke online systems and processes such as parts and accessories returns.

Accuracy is an essential skill required within the department where the correct procedures must be used to resolve pricing discrepancies, move stock or apply support to accounts in line with dealer terms. The uploading of vehicle data to DVLA and HMRC portals is a daily requirement as well as regular reporting in relation to the achievement of sales targets against budget and measuring the take up of wholesale and retail campaigns.

This role will also need to work closely with our logistics partners and our colleagues in the Netherlands to ensure a smooth transition of all our products from our European warehouses to the Yamaha franchised dealer locations all over the UK.

Essential

To guarantee long term success in this role applicants will need to be organised with intermediate to strong Excel skills and must be a team player who shows commitment to others whilst being prepared to always strive to be an expert in our products and in everything they say and do as a Sales Administration Coordinator.
