KTM Parts, Garments & Accessories Sales Person

Here at Triple D Motosport Ltd, we are the UK’s #1 retailer of new and used KTM motorcycles, spare parts, accessories and KTM clothing. Our recently re-furbished showroom and workshop also located in Kendal is literally a couple of miles south of the Lake District National Park in Cumbria. So we’re right on the doorstep to lots of open roads and off-road trails. We're riders too so we know how passionate you are about motorcycling and especially KTM!

Due to our continued success, we're looking to employ a fellow motorcycling enthusiast to come and join our Aftersales team as a Parts, Garments, Accessories and Counter Sales Person. The role involves liaising with customers both face to face and on the phone in order to effectively qualify and satisfy their Aftersales needs. You will have the full market-leading range of genuine KTM Parts, Garments & Accessories at your disposal. We're also the UK's #1 web shop for all things KTM!

The position is full time - 42.5 hrs per week.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate would need to fit in well with a busy friendly team, be presentable, have good computer skills, be very good on the phone, neat and tidy in their house keeping and generally be able to work under pressure handling numerous calls and customers at once. A good knowledge of motorcycles and accessories would also be ideal.

Essential

A good knowledge of motorcycles and motorcycling, strong computer skills, a good telephone manor and the ability to manage your time effectively whilst under pressure.

Desirable

Someone who is looking for a long term commitment and who has a pleasant nature. Somebody who can work in a close team environment which has structure and systems. If you have a little knowledge of card machines and are the sort of person who doesn't need to be asked to muck in when things get busy that would also be advantageous.
