Motorcycle Service Advisor

Due to the recent expansion of our successful business, we are looking for someone who is bright, presentable, well organised and above all passionate about motorcycles to join our team as a Motorcycle Service Advisor.

The role involves working in a team environment providing a top quality service to customers who want to book their motorcycles in for service and/or repair work. You will be required to liaise with the workshop to understand work in progress, keeping customers informed and where necessary requesting authorisation for additional work. The role is also be responsible for dealing with customers service department queries, ensuring you resolve them to the customers complete satisfaction. It also carries with it various administrative responsibilities with regard to invoicing, processing warranty claims and marketing campaigns. This is a very process driven and customer service focused role.

Whilst this role will certainly suit candidates with experience from the motorcycle and automotive industries, we would also very much welcome and encourage applications from candidates with little or no experience but who possess a passion for motorcycles together with a strong desire to learn and succeed.

Essential

The successful candidate should be personable, highly motivated, process driven and be able to achieve consistently high levels of customer service. You will also be an effective communicator and must have a passion for all things two wheels.
A good understanding of motorcycle mechanics would be beneficial but isn't essential.
