Seastar Superbikes are looking for an experienced Aftersales & Service Manager to join our busy, award winning Ducati and Kawasaki motorcycle dealership based near Norwich, in Norfolk. Immediate start available.

Working in a team environment you will be responsible for providing a top quality service to customers in this demanding role, with duties including:-

- The smooth and efficient running of a busy Aftersales & Service department.
- Responsibility for ensuring that the workshop environment is efficiently loaded.
- Making sure all warranty claims are handled effectively and to the satisfaction of their customers and that warranty work is completed on time by the workshop.
- Ensuring that customers are communicated to effectively and every opportunity for selling service work and promoting the activity of the Aftersales & Service department is fully maximised.

You will be required to liaise with the workshop to understand work in progress, keeping customers informed and where necessary requesting authorisation for additional work.

You will also be responsible for customers general service department queries, ensuring you resolve them to the customer's complete satisfaction. The role also carries with it various administrative responsibilities with regard to invoicing, processing warranty claims and marketing campaigns.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar service / aftersales role ideally from within a motorcycle or automotive environment.

Essential

The successful candidate will have demonstrated a solid background of service management, ideally in a franchised dealership environment. An eye for new and original marketing idea's along with exceptional organisational and man management skills as well as focus on 1st class customer service are pre-requisites of this role.

A passion for motorcycles is an absolute must as is the ability to lead by example and deliver results. Good technical knowledge of motorcycles together with the ability to communicate clearly with both the workshop and customers.

A full motorcycle and driving licence.

Desirable

Experience as a Motorcycle Technician would be advantageous but not essential.
