A vacancy opportunity has arisen for someone to join our successful Honda team as a Motorcycle Parts & Accessories Manager.
We are looking to recruit a bright, enthusiastic individual who is able to demonstrate an ability and desire to work as part of our management team to run and develop our highly successful Parts & Accessories department.
You’ll be responsible for ensuring the day to day smooth running of all aspects of a busy Parts & Accessories department, with a clear focus on achieving departmental budgets and future business development while ensuring outstanding levels of customer service and inventory management.
Additionally, duties include the selling of Parts & Accessories, ordering of stock and general maintenance of the Parts & Accessories department in the store and to liaise with the Sales & service departments for items they require and offer good customer service & satisfaction.
We’re looking for someone with previous parts / inventory management experience that can deliver excellent customer service whilst selling the premium range of genuine Honda parts and accessories. You’ll need to be highly organised, while following Dealership Process and have the ability to prioritise workload.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar Aftersales related role from within the motorcycle / automotive industry.
Essential
The successful candidate will have a track record of success in Aftersales Sales/Aftersales Management from either the motorcycle or automotive industries. You will be personable, highly motivated, computer literate, process driven and be able to achieve consistently high levels of customer service. You will also be an effective communicator and must have a passion for all things two wheels.
A full motorcycle licence.
