Motorcycle Technician

Here at Pidcock Motorcycles we are proud of our motorcycle heritage, one of the oldest BMW Motorrad dealers in the UK, a founding Triumph dealer, one of the biggest standalone Ducati stores in the UK and stockists of some of the best-known brands in motorcycle apparel.

We are currently looking for a Motorcycle Technician to join our team, and to help us to build on that heritage by continuing to offer knowledgeable, professional and personable service to customers both old and new.

To join our team, you must have experience of modern motorcycles and a thorough knowledge of diagnostic fault-finding processes. You will be fully conversant in all aspects of service work, and in depth major component repairs. Your written and verbal communication skills will be of a high standard and appropriate for interaction with customers and colleagues.

Do you also have a proven track record in a franchised motorcycle environment, with vocational qualifications and experience? Are you a certified motorcycle MOT tester? If so then we would be very interest in talking to you.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will possess an industry recognised qualification together with franchised workshop experience as a Technician.

Essential

You must have a can do attitude, relish the intricacies of working a problem through to a solution, meticulous in your attention to detail and recognise the benefits of working with a team of like minded colleagues.

A full bike licence is essential.

Desirable

Knowledge and previous experience with Pinnacle DMS system would be advantageous but not essential as training would be given.
