Retail Store Manager Bristol

We're opening a brand new store in Bristol and we're looking for the right person to lead it into greatness! It will be our Fourth retail store.

You'll need to have a passion for everything motorcycle with a particular interest in kit as you'll be selling the most diverse range available in any store in the UK.

The store is entirely new so you'll be expected to help establish its position as the go to bike store for the Bristol area and beyond. You'll also need to be able to work to targets and help your team do the same. Most important of all, you'll need to offer customers the very best service in the market.

Having a motorcycle licence isn't a requirement but would represent a massive advantage as would be previous motorcycle clothing & accessories retail experience.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will have experience of managing a retail store or will be a sales person in the motorcycle industry looking to step up to the next level in their career.

Essential

A love of bikes and biking (obvious, we know).
A good understanding of the motorcycle clothing and accessories market.
Solid communication skills.
Flexibility and a positive outlook.
The ability to deliver an outstanding level of customer service.
