Motorcycle Service Manager

We are looking for a top Service Manager - someone who loves dealing with customers and sharing their passion for motorcycles, organising and running the workshop and ensuring we get the best out of our staff.

Ideal Candidate

Someone with a minimum of 5 years Mechanical experience, good support and leadership skills and well organised, both with paperwork and daily tasks.
Customers are our priority!, so you will need to have a calm disposition when under pressure.
Enjoys supporting and getting the most out of the workshop staff.

Essential

The successful candidate will have good experience in a motorcycle/automotive franchise aftersales/workshop environment and possess the willingness to adapt and learn. You will have excellent time management and organisational skills as well as a strong 'can do' attitude.

A full clean motorcycle licence.

The opportunity to live and work in the beautiful country of New Zealand and benefit from everything it has to offer, whilst earning a salary of $65,000 - $75,000 NZD pa depending on qualifications and experience.
