Head of Business

Due to internal promotion we are seeking a Head of Business to lead our team at BMW Motorrad Welwyn Garden City.

Our team at BMW Welwyn Garden City have built a strong reputation for excellent customer service and passion for the brand, the Head of Business position is absolutely key to making our business a continued success, you will lead the team from the front to achieve and surpass set targets both from the Manufacturer and the Lind Group. Above all, you will share our passion for fulfilling dreams by creating a personal and engaging retail experience.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Positively lead the business with LIND integrity
- Ensure the smooth running of all departments via the departmental managers
- Achieve Budgets/Targets, both Lind and Manufacturer
- Deliver outstanding customer experiences via your team

You will be able to prove a successful track record of continuous experience within Dealership or Sales Management and without doubt be a team player. Your priority will be to provide the very best experience for our customers, whilst supporting and developing our team. You’ll be a natural leader and want to drive dealership experiential events and rides.

Essential

A minimum of five years proven continuous track record with motor trade Management.
Sound working knowledge of automotive DMS systems in all areas.
Outstanding people management & leadership skills.
Possess a strong working knowledge of Management Accounts/ P+L/DOC’s etc.
Possess proven business development skills.
Ability to recruit, support, motivate and lead all team members and interact and foster strong interdepartmental and group relationships.
Full UK Motorcycle, Car and Van Driving Licence.
