You will help run and maintain a used motorcycle store that sells hundreds of bikes per month. This element of our company has been growing exponentially over the past few years and we now need a new team member to help us expand even further.

Key Responsibilities
- To help facilitate the sale of hundreds of used bikes per month.
- Prepare bikes ready for advertisement.
- Work productively and effectively within a team.
- Attend training on a regular basis to maintain product knowledge.
- Assessing and advising correct purchase and sale prices.
- Dealing with customer queries via electronic media and telephone.
- Managing with customer’ viewings and collections.
- Image, price and compile advert narrative.
- List items via our various online routes to market.

4th Dimension also run a full parts sales operation. It may be expected of you to assist the parts sales operation when needed. It is vital that our different departments are flexible in order to maintain cover, particularly at busy periods. These duties will include:

- To work with 1000’s of bikes identifying parts that are suitable for retail sales.
- Sort and prepare parts ready for sale.
- Image, price and compile advert narrative.
- List items via our eBay shop and Magento system (stock system).
- Locate and store items using our warehouse management system.
- Monitor sales in Magento (stock system).
- Pick, pack and dispatch sold items via courier on a daily basis.

Ideal Candidate

- A basic knowledge of motorcycles.
- A full motorcycle licence
- Polite, confident and professional telephone manner.
- A team player.
- Computer and IT literate.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Able to organise and prioritise own workload with minimal supervision
- Excellent administration skills
- A problem solver with the ability to assume responsibility and act on own initiative.
- Excellent communication skills (written, face to face and on the telephone).
- Reliable, conscientious and dedicated.
- Experience working in the automotive sales would be an advantage.
