Experienced Motorcycle Technician

Total Triumph are a multi award winning dealer including Triumph Dealer of the Year 2013 and 2017, MCN Solus Dealer of the Year 2016 (South West), Triumph Service Dealer of the Year 2018, Triumph Clothing Dealer of the Year 2009, 2014, 2015 & 2018, Triumph Accessory Dealer of the Year 2009 and overall Triumph National Award Winner for the UK at Gobal Awards Gala.

In 2018 we opened up a brand new, purpose built and fully equipped workshop. We're now looking to recruit an Experienced Motorcycle Technician to join our successful family run Triumph franchise motorcycle business and state of the art workshop facility.

We are looking for someone who will bring their passion and enthusiasm for motorcycles and delivering the very best level of customer service to their work. This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to join a very successful well established business, working with a successful premium motorcycle brand where working hard and enjoying time out together are key to our philosophy.

You will be fully competent in the servicing and repairing of motorcycles to the highest of standards. You will also possess the discipline to ensure the highest standards every time together with the ability to put the customer central to your approach to your work and be comfortable with servicing and repairing motorcycles according to manufacturer standards.

From time to time you may also be required to talk to customers and as such you must be able to communicate clearly and provide technical explanations in a way that can be easily understood.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will have previous technical experience and experience of working in a workshop environment.

Essential

The ability to work unsupervised in a safe and timely manner to high and exacting standards is essential. You will be a self-starter with a flexible can-do attitude, with good attention to detail and be able to work as part of a friendly team is a must.
Previous experience as a Motorcycle Technician is essential.

You must have a current and appropriate motorcycle licence.

Desirable

Previous technical experience of Triumph whilst not essential would certainly be an advantage.
