The Motorbike Shop is a Premier Yamaha Dealership based in Farnborough and is recruiting for an experienced and driven After Sales Manager to run its Parts & Service Counter and Workshop.
Your duties will include:
• Day to day running of the Parts & Service counter
• Staff management and motivation
• Monitoring and working to monthly, quarterly and annual targets
• Working with the senior technician to ensure a seamless workflow between the parts & service department and the workshop
• Dealing with customer issues and complaints
• Stock management and control
• Identifying business opportunities and performance improvements
• Quality control
• Ensuring compliance with manufacturer and dealership standards and procedures

Essential
Previous motorcycle/automotive industry aftersales experience.
