Be Part of a Global Brand!

An exciting opportunity has arisen within our busy Aftersales Division for a Technical Advisor to deliver comprehensive technical support for all three of our main product groups.

This is an office based position available at our HQ in Woking primarily providing information to our dealers and customers on our range of Motorcycle, Marine and Power Products and as such we anticipate that the successful applicant will have a sound and relevant technical background with experience working as a Technician, Service Advisor or in another similar position. This job may suit somebody from such roles looking to take up a fresh challenge within the industry.

Part of the main responsibilities will also include providing the factories in Japan & Europe with market feedback and offering advice & support to other functions within the Aftersales Division, such as warranty and customer service. Occasional travel including attendance at shows and other promotional events will be expected.

Those that apply will need to be able to work in team environments, have a flexible approach and strive to better their knowledge and skills every day. Particular effort and enthusiasm will be expected to be put into learning technical areas of the products where knowledge may not be as familiar to you as others to ensure we maintain a consistent high standard of service and remain customer centric with the information we deliver across our entire dealer and customer network.

If this sounds like the next challenge and opportunity for you, please apply direct to us via this ad and include a covering covering letter outlining why your application should be considered.
