Infinity Motorcycles was founded in 1999 and since then we have quickly grown to become one of the UK's leading retailers of quality motorcycle helmets, accessories & luggage as well as a great range of motorbike clothing.
Due to recent success and expansion, we are now looking for Store Managers to manage stores in the Greater London, North London & West London areas. Your primary role will be to manage and motivate a small team of sales people in a busy motorcycle Clothing & Accessories shop, selling face to face to both knowledgeable and inexperienced customers, growing our business in the local area and developing your team.
From time to time you may be required to cover shifts in other Infinity stores as we all work together in a team environment.

Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate a solid commercial background and possess previous sales and Managerial / supervisory experience. They will also know how to increase footfall, average transaction values and be able to deliver sales process training.
Essential
Essential requirements of this role are:
• Proven retail sales management experience or a proven retail sales background with the potential to step up to the next level.
• Innate professionalism and the ability to lead your team from the front, innovation, tenacity, enthusiasm and a passion for motorcycling in all its forms.
• The ability to think outside the box and use your own initiative.
• Excellent communication and customer services skills together with a can-do proactive approach to work.
• Solid IT skills (Microsoft packages Word, Excel, Outlook).
Desirable
A healthy interest in motorcycles would be advantageous but is not essential as full product training will be provided to the successful candidate as necessary.

Full product training will be provided, where necessary, together with all in-store based training. A company uniform will be provided and there will also be the opportunity to regularly represent Infinity Motorcycles at various industry shows including the Birmingham NEC and the London Excel.
