As main franchises the dealerships retail new and used vehicles, and offer authorised service workshops and parts & accessory sales. Plans are in place to add 3 more dealerships within the next 24 months on-top of the 9 currently operating. The group turnover is c£90m and it has 185 employees. The Head Office is located at our flagship Porsche Centre in Tonbridge.

The Lind Automotive Family are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Motorcycle Technician (or Car Technician with a knowledge and passion for motorcycles) who is looking to further his/her career at this recently opened world-leading Harley-Davidson Dealership located in Newmarket to the next level, capitalising on its superb location and world-leading Harley-Davidson facilities.

As a Motorcycle Technician you will have been Manufacturer trained but may not have completed the Harley-Davidson University Technician Training Programme, we are willing to invest time. money and energy into your training, and you will wish to take full advantage of Harley-Davidson’s internationally recognised training programme.

You will interact with our Customers, so, standard service is not enough, you will genuinely want to take ownership of their needs, wants and desires, and you’ll want to get fully involved with dealership events and rides, both on and off site. We live and breathe H-D, to us this is far more than just a place of work.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Direct Interaction with our Customers
- Servicing and Customising H-D Motorcycles
- Understand and Adhere to Manufacturer Guidelines
- Carry out Health Checks
- Be Conversant with Manufacturer Online Systems and Special Tools
- Provide Written Diagnostics on Job Cards
- Achieve Maximum Personal Efficiency
- Achieve Daily Sold Hours Target
- Gain in-depth knowledge of Parts & Accessories

Essential

Experience as a Motorcycle/Car Technician
- Must hold a Full A Category Motorcycle Licence
