Senior Motorcycle Technician

The Motorbike Shop is a Premier Yamaha Dealership based in Farnborough and is recruiting for a Senior Motorcycle Technician.
The successful candidate will not only be an experienced Motorcycle Technician but will also have the necessary people skills to oversee and mentor a small team of Technicians to ensure the highest standard of workmanship is maintained at all times.

As well as handling the normal demands of being a skilled Technician you will also be required to work with the After Sales Manager to ensure the seamless workflow between the aftersales counter and the workshop with a view to maximising efficiency.

The successful candidate will need to be a qualified Motorcycle Technician and will be required to achieve Yamaha’s Bronze, Silver and Gold standards of training. Previous experience of team management is not essential as you will be supported by the Aftersales Manager but the successful candidate will need to demonstrate the people skills necessary to motivate and guide a successful team.

Yamaha training qualifications would be an advantage but not essential.
