Business Development Manager

Due to continued success McAMS is looking for a Business Development Manager to join our successful and expanding Motorcycle Accident Management Company.

We are looking to recruit a Business Development Manager to cover the North of England.

The Business Development Manager is responsible for selling our full range of accident management services introducing new motorcycle dealers to the business and importantly offering continued support and development to existing dealer accounts and relationships. You will be responsible for developing and growing the given territory with new client partnerships and existing business. Duties include prospecting, cold calling, field sales and business to business development.

The role will be covering the following post code areas - NE CA LA BD FY PR BB HX HD OL BL.

Ideal Candidate

A good knowledge and understanding of the motorcycle market and motorcycling.

Essential

You will have Business Development/Area Sales experience and or experience of the motorcycle industry. Excellent organisational, time management, sales and communication skills are a must together with experience gained from working within a customer focused business. You will need to have a real passion for all things two wheels but a positive attitude and the will to succeed are above all else paramount.

Desirable

Knowledge of the motorcycle / automotive accident management market would be a definite advantage but not essential.

Benefits

A very competitive basic salary and performance related bonus package will be awarded to the successful candidate with realistic OTE of £50,000 pa being achievable.
