We have a vacancy for a top-quality candidate to join our team as a Regional Business Manager.

Managing our Northern Territory (made up of the area north of the M62 corridor, Scotland, Northern Ireland & The Isle of Man) and reporting to the UK Business Operations Manager, you will essentially be the eyes, ears and voice of Kawasaki Motors UK. Working as a key member of the sales and marketing team you will develop close working partnerships with our dealer network to ensure they maximise performance whilst delivering the very best in customer service.

Key to the position is a business focused approach to dealer relationships, reporting, coaching and monitoring the performance of all aspects of each dealership and the region as a whole. Passionate and enthusiastic about all things two wheeled, you will want to be part of a team that works in partnership with our dealers on delivering a “Performance of a Lifetime”.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will be experienced in sales and marketing in a dealer distribution environment. You will have excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), exceptional levels of professionalism and a full understanding of business acumen and retailing in the motorcycle market / industry.
You will also be currently living with good access to all parts of the area in question.

Essential

You must be dynamic in your approach to business, be able to work on your own initiative and be target driven.
Excellent organisational and influencing skills together with good PC skills are also a must.

Desirable

Experience of a similar role from within either the motorcycle/automotive industries would certainly be an advantage.
