As a result of our continued success, M&P Direct Ltd are opening a brand-new store in Cardiff, due to open in December 2018, that will offer a significant range of motorcycle clothing, parts and accessories.

We are looking to build a top team of clothing, accessories and parts retail staff. Applicants must be motivated and enthusiastic and above all people who possess a genuine passion for motorcycles and motorcycling in all its forms.

Essential requirements for this role :

• Well presented,
• Professional in their approach to work and dedicated to delivering the very best levels of customer service and customer experience.
• Possess retail sales experience, not necessarily from within the motorcycle industry,
• Have the ability to demonstrate an outstanding record of sales achievement.
• Computer literate

You will be target driven, outgoing, a motorcycle enthusiast and able to create rapport with your customers whilst delivering a first-class level of customer experience. Candidates with experience of motorcycle clothing & accessories retailing would be ideal but we're also very willing to consider someone with a great attitude and passion for motorcycles who is looking for that first break into the motorcycle industry.
