GetGeared. And Go! GetGeared is one of the largest Motorcycle Clothing and Accessories Retailers in the UK. We supply the world’s greatest motorcycle clothing brands and back it all up with an outstanding customer experience!

We are looking for energetic and enthusiastic sales staff to join our existing team in our Leeds store. Ideally you are already a Biker or have a very keen interest, as this makes it much easier for you to take on the product knowledge needed and to be able to relate to our customers (this is desirable as full product knowledge will be given).

You will be involved in all aspects of selling. You will be expected to provide excellent customer service both face to face, over the telephone and via email communications.

Your role at GetGeared will be varied in that you will work both on the shop floor and in our fulfillment area making sure that our customers receive the correct items picked and packed efficiently.

Our Leeds Duty Supervisor (Steph) operates a friendly and welcoming environment in which to work, no two days are ever the same and everyone is expected to pitch in to get the job done. Our customers come first always and that is the attitude we expect from the staff that work at GetGeared.

We can offer good rates of pay (annual salary equivalent £15,000 - £16,300 depending on experience), plus a bonus scheme, together with holiday pay and Company discounts and other discretionary incentives.

What we need from you in return is a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, you must be computer literate, that you have the confidence and personality to deal with all types of customers and that you can work as part of a team and can work under pressure.

Available hours: Working on a shift rota basis of anything up to 5 out of every 7 days. Our shop opening hours (currently are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday 10am to 7pm and Thursday 11am to 8pm, Saturday 9am to 6pm and Sunday 10am to 4pm.

This job role is offered on a Flexible hours contract; however, it would not be unusual to be working a 40 hour week and for you to know your shifts weeks in advance. Important - We are looking for individuals who want to work for us on a regular and consistent basis long term.
