The Role:

The Custom Specialist is a customer facing role and integral part of the Aftersales Team & Motorcycle Sales Team. We require a creative individual, capable of inspiring customers and helping them on their journey to create custom motorcycles. This role is all about delivering the optimum customer experience of the West Coast business and our brand, Harley-Davidson.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will:

• Have proven sales abilities.
• Be knowledgable about the Harley-Davidson product and customisation.
• Work well under pressure, in a fast paced environment.
• Possess the ability to work to set targets.
• Possess excellent organisation and time management skills, with an eye for detail.
• Be confident in a customer facing role.
