Motorcycle Sales Manager

This highly successful and well-known motorcycle retail group have an exciting opportunity for a Motorcycle Sales Manager. The Pure Triumph group continue to build on their reputation for providing first class service to their customers and therefore they are looking for a like minded Sales Manager. This is a superb opportunity, the successful candidate will have a proven track record of success to lead the new and used motorcycle sales team.

As the Sales Manager you will have a steady and successful career in motor retail sales management

You will have a proven track record of success in driving sales across the new and used sales departments.
It is important that you also have an enthusiastic, ambitious and willingness to succeed attitude.
It is very important that you are management accounts financially literate and have the ability to forecast accurately.

This Sales Manager position will potentially offer the successful candidate to progress within the group and become a General Manager in time to come.

Ideal Candidate

Applications are encouraged from candidates who are currently working in the motorcycle/automotive industry, but you must have an excellent depth and breadth of experience in both new and used sales. We would be very interested in applicants that have a stable background and are currently working in a franchised dealership.

The ideal candidate will be able to work on 5 days a week 8-6, including a rota for Sundays.
