BMW Motorcycle Sales Executive

Sycamore Motorrad Witham is a prestige BMW motorcycle retailer based in Witham, Essex providing a premium product combined with premium experience and exceptional customer service. We are seeking a talented and experienced Motorcycle Sales Executive to compliment and strengthen an already established Sales Team.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

- To manage and develop all new and used BMW motorcycle sales enquiries.
- To maximise the sale and profitability of all new and used BMW motorcycle sales using every tool at your disposal.
- To ensure that all key performance indicators and target objectives are met.
- To maximise the sale of finance and insurance products together with branded clothing & accessories as part of the sale process.
- To maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction at all times.
- Using established follow up & prospecting systems, maximise customer loyalty and retention.
- To assist management in maintaining and developing showroom policy and procedures.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will be a high achieving, highly motivated team player with a desire to succeed. You will also have a flexible approach to work and people in general possessing a genuine willingness to go the extra mile for the customer.

Essential

You will be motivated, enthusiastic and have the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
Previous motor industry experience is essential along with a full motorcycle driving licence.

- Working hours – Tuesday to Friday 8.30-5.30. Saturday 8.30-5.00. Closed Sunday and Monday.
